For the bioanalysis of letrozole, the stable isotope-labeled compound Letrozole ¹³C₂-¹⁵N₂ serves as an ideal internal standard due to its structural and physicochemical similarity to the analyte. The quantification of letrozole was performed using a validated LC-MS/MS method, with chromatographic and mass spectrometric parameters adapted from a previously published protocol to ensure specificity and sensitivity.
